So, let’s start with my name, which is Marian, I’m going to have my 27 summers already. I am an intro-extrovert person, very sociable and trying to get some knowledge everytime from every people I meet in journey. Why “intro-extrovert” person? Well in highschool I was very shy and didn’t have much experience of “life”, how to interact and how to be a sorcerer in communication. But when I hit the college and United States of America with “Work and Travel Program” my “life” changed a bit (well, a bit more). I started to see the world differently by travelling, working in various domains, reading personal development books (Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman – helped me a lot to channel my introvert emotions) and the most important having conversation with people and collect experience. Also another factor that changed me was my time in the association of the faculty (Electrotechnical League of Students). In those 7 years activating as a volunteer I learned how to be sociable, work in a team, help, organize events, work with deadlines, deal with stresful situations, be a leader and to represent youngsters like me.
